The JUKI PS-800-8045 is a fully loaded CNC programmable pattern sewing machine with an 800 mm x 450 mm sewing field. It features:
- MAX sewing area: 31.5″ on the X axis (east-west) x 17.7″ on the Y axis (north-south)
- Air clamp hold
- Automatic thread cutting
- Intermittent presser foot
- Dome foot to glide over the clamp (plate) surface
- This model also has the cutting device in case you want to cut out your pieces after the stitch lines are finished (limited to certain materials)
- Integrated LCD touch screen control panel
- Pattern creation software that will load on your computer – can import DXF and PLT files to create your stitch lines
- USB Input for patterns
- Large hook and bobbins
- Bobbin winder
- Bar code reader that will recognize the plate being loaded and will load the corresponding pattern for that plate
- Air lines and adjustable air pressure regulators all hooked up
- Foot print of 48″ wide x 54″ deep
